Filter a VCF with a XPATH expression on a INFO tag containing a base64 encodede xml document
Usage: vcffilterxpath [options] Files
Options:
-h, --help
print help and exit

What kind of help. One of [usage,markdown,xml].
-o, --output
Output file. Optional . Default: stdout
--version
print version and exit
-T
(info tag) INFO tag containing a base64-encoded XML document
-n
prefix=uri (add this namespace mapping to xpath context)
Default: []
-x
(xpath) XPath expression

$ cd jvarkit
$ ./gradlew vcffilterxpath
The java jar file will be installed in the dist
