Usage

This program is now part of the main jvarkit tool. See jvarkit for compiling.

Usage: java -jar dist/jvarkit.jar biostar77828  [options] Files

Usage: biostar77828 [options] Files
  Options:
    -h, --help
      print help and exit
    --helpFormat
      What kind of help. One of [usage,markdown,xml].
    -iter, --iter
      number of iterations
      Default: 1000000
    -maxc, --maxc
      max core
      Default: 30
    -minc, --minc
      min core
      Default: 20
    -o, --output
      Output file. Optional . Default: stdout
    --version
      print version and exit
